

Samvette Polarhydro Eyewear Pte.Ltd (Samvette) provides a one year warranty on manufacturer’s defect from the date of purchase. Samvette will replace any current style which is deemed to possess a manufacturer’s defect. Scratched lenses as a result of normal use are not covered by this warranty.
Samvette does however offer a replacement service for items not covered under warranty.
For warranty or replacement service, please follow these easy steps:
1. Email Samvette at warranty@samvette.com to first acquire a return authorization number (R.A.#). The address to send your product is:

2. Your R.A.# expires after 45 days from the date it was given to you by our warranty department customer service representative, so please be sure to send your defective glasses in as soon as possible.
3. Send your Samvette sunglasses with the following information inside the package:
- A copy of your Samvette warranty card dated within one year from an authorized Samvette dealer(Warranty card without authorised Samvette Dealer stamp will not be processed). Samvette does not warranty products purchased from unauthorized Samvette dealers, or replace counterfeit or non-authentic items, i.e. “Fakes.” (Example: , swap meets, street vendors or craigslist)
- If you do not have your warranty card we can replace your frame for a nominal processing fee of $19.95USD which includes return shipping.
- Write the R.A.# on the outside of the package. Packages received by Samvette with no R.A.# visible will be refused and returned to sender. Samvette strongly recommends that you send your package via a carrier providing with a shipping number (USPS,UPS, FED-EX and or other reliable carrier) as we are only responsible for what we receive.
Please package the glasses in a box with adequate padding materials to protect against movement and impact during shipping. Damages incurred due to improper packing or shipping mishaps are not under obligation to be fixed by Samvette.
Lenses
Scratched lenses as a result of normal use are not covered under warranty. Samvette does however offer a replacement service for items not covered under warranty. If you have scratched lenses in your Samvette frames; we can replace your lenses at a nominal fee of 9.95USD including return shipping. Please follow the following procedures listed below, to replace your scratched lenses.
